“West Kelowna RCMP along with the South East District Emergency Response Team (ERT) executed a Criminal Code arrest warrant on a 37-year-old West Kelowna man,” said Cpl. Joe Duncan. “The warrant was executed in the 1000 block of Caledonia Way.”

The 37-year-old man was taken into custody without incident and faces potential charges of Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle under the Criminal Code as well as Drive while Prohibited x 2 under the Motor Vehicle Act.

The man will be held in custody for court on Dec.17.
