Anne Marie Dillon passed away on Sunday, January 15th, 2017. Anne was born in Kelowna to Jacob and Ottilia Bauer on April 7th, 1929. In 1953, Anne married Gordon, the love of her life, and they purchased the Todd Road orchard which they have lived on for the last 64 years where Gordon still resides. Anne was predeceased by her oldest son Grant on January 23rd, 2015, and her brother John Bauer on January 25th, 1987. Anne is survived by her husband Gordon of 64 years,  (February 18th, 2017), Dianne (Kim) Grebinski in Armstrong,  Terry (Janet) Dillon in Kelowna and Lynne (Gord) Scott in Kelowna, grandchildren Bruce (Sharon) Grebinski, Dillon Grebinski, Courtney Scott, Nicole Scott, Ainsley Dillon, Braelyn Dillon and Caigan Dillon, and great-grandchild Paige Grebinski. Anne was well known for her green thumb and award winning flower gardens. As soon as the snow left you could find her outside with Gordon until the snow came back in the fall. She loved spending time at their beach cabin, baking cookies and time with her grandchildren.

No service at Anne’s request, however a tea will be held at in her honour at Everden Rust Funeral Home on Windsor Road in Kelowna. All welcome to come and share memories with Gordon and family.
