Passed away on April 24, 2019 at the age of 98 years. She was predeceased by her husband Albert and her daughter Shirley. Survived by her daughter Dorothy (Richard) Martian, son Barry Spring (Joyce) , son-in-law Red McDermott; grandchildren Rhonda (Dave), Tracy (Joseph), Shawn (Francine), Jackie (Tobias), Jennifer (Doug); great, grandchildren Jameelah, Jaden, Shaelyn,(Charles), Braedon, Isabella, Ashton, Myla and Emery. Bertha lived a long and wonderful life and will be missed by all who knew her. Thanks to all of her friends and relatives for the care and love given to her over the years. Our mother has requested no service. In lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Central Okanagan Hospice House in memory of Bertha would be appreciated.
