Caroline was called by the Lord to her new home on March 5th, 2022 at 94 years of age. Born on January 18th, 1928, she was the 8th of 11 children born to Jakob and Christine Hoepfer in Cogealia, Romania. Caroline was a gentle and kind person and was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother (Oma), and great-grandmother.
She will be deeply missed by her son, Rolf (Michele), daughter, Monica Connor (Norm), grandchildren, Craig (Janna), Kristina (Jason), Jennifer (Jesse) her two great-grandsons, Levi and Carter, and her last remaining sibling, Ida. The family would like to thank the dedicated staff at the Village at Mill Creek for the loving care and support shown to Caroline over the last years of her life. You are appreciated.
A funeral service will be held on March 23, 2022, at 10:00 am, at Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna, BC, with Jacki Barbour officiating. Please join us for refreshments and fellowship. Interment will follow at Kelowna Memorial Park Cemetery.
