CHARLES “Charlie” Clayton Graham
passed away peacefully in Kelowna, B.C. on Friday, November 27th, 2009. He was born on September 21, 1922. Charles was the son of Captain Douglas and Mrs. Amy Graham, early pioneers of West Vancouver,
and that is where Charles spent his early years. His parents and sister, Daphne Ogilvie, predeceased him. Charles was also predeceased by his wife, Amelia Graham. Loving the west, they lived their last years in Kelowna doting on their faithful dog “Misty”. Charles is survived by his step children, their partners and grandchildren, and
long-time friends Ray and Lou Archer, Dorothy Graham and Marguerite Balshaw. Charles was a Pilot Officer, RCAF, in WW II. At his request, his ashes will be buried at sea. Friends and family will gather at the Royal
Canadian Legion in Kelowna, 1380 Bertram St. on Friday December 4th/09 ( 2PM-4PM) to celebrate his life.
As Charlie would always say “You are looking good! If
you looked any better you would have to take a pill” and “Let me be thefirst to wish you Merry Christmas, even if it was a warm August day.
