Passed away peacefully on February 12, 2018 at age 89.

Clem loved his family and is survived by his wife Beth, the love of his life for 66 years; daughter-in-law Kathie (Dennis) Klassen, daughter Cindy (Daniel) Graham, sons Robert and Tim (Anita) Liboiron; grandchildren Ryan (Sabrina) Liboiron, Shawn (Lisa) Klassen, Randy (Lissa) Liboiron, Chantelle Liboiron, Gina (Brent) Hunter and Jordan Liboiron; and eleven great grandchildren.

Predeceased by son Leslie; sisters Terry and Marie-Paule and brothers Leon, Jim, Joe; and survived by sister Clemence.

Born in Ponteix, SK, Clem was a carpenter in Medicine Hat AB when he met Beth. They married in October 1951 and moved to Kelowna in 1965. He developed a successful contracting business and built many homes. He also built dressers, desks, entertainment units, and many coffee and end table sets treasured by family members.

Clem always enjoyed teasing and pulling a joke on someone, playing cards, working in the garden, sleeping in the sun, making wine and was proud of Beth's beautiful flower beds. He loved music and dancing, and had a large circle of friends through square dancing.

Once retired they spent winters in Yuma AZ with round dancing winter friends, he and Beth were superb round dancers. But above all, he loved his wife and children, and delighted in his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held in spring.
