The family of Dawn MacAdams (nee Carate) of Kelowna, BC, is saddened to announce her unexpected passing on February 01, 2022 at the age of 45.
Dawn is survived by her mother Pauline, father Darryl, sister Tara and fur daughter Lucy.
Dawn was born and raised in Kelowna, BC. She was always creative and imaginative which led her to hairdressing at a young age. It didn't take long for hair to become her passion in life and she loved making people feel beautiful. She always enjoyed meeting new people, visiting with family and friends or just driving around town with a coffee. You knew you were going to have an adventure if you were with her. She could strike up a conversation with anyone and make them feel like they had been friends for years. She was kind, outgoing, caring, loving and supportive. She had such a unique way of bonding with people, you always felt important when you were in her company. Dawn cherished her family, friends and fur daughter Lucy.
Dawn's passing has left a void in many peoples' hearts. She will forever be loved and cherished in our hearts and memories.
A celebration of Dawn's life will be held at a later date once COVID restrictions allow.
