Eleanor Seltenrich
December 9, 1926 - September 7, 2017
Paulette, Russell, Mark and Donna sadly announce the passing of their mother, Eleanor Margaret Seltenrich on September 7th, 2017.
Mom was born December 9th, 1926 in Lareborn, SK . Growing up during the 30's was not easy but it put her in good to raise four children after marrying Alexander (Alex) in 1947 and relocating to Winfield in 1948. They were married for 51 years.
She was extremely active in the Red Cross, particularly the baby clinics, and the hospital auxiliary event volunteering into her 80's at Cottonwoods doing hairdressing for which she had trained after leaving school.
Mom is survived by her children, four grandchildren Christopher( Nicole), Samantha Seltenrich , Michaelle and Chrystal Mayer, two great-grandchildren Maddison and Blake and four sisters-in-law June French, Marion Gilroy, Clara Bradley and Amelia Collier.
Expressions of sympathy would be appreciated to the Red Cross, Hospital Auxiliary or the KGH Foundation.
A Private service will be held at a later date.
