Elmer Clarence Hall passed away on May 12, 2017 at Kelowna General Hospital at the age of 87 years. Elmer was predeceased by his son, Duane Barry Hall in 1978. He is survived by his daughter, Janice Lynn Hall. There will be no service held at Elmer’s Request. Arrangements have been entrusted to First Memorial Funeral Services.
