On September 30, 2016 after a long fight with multiple myeloma George slipped away peacefully at home. Survived by his wife, Vickie of 49 years; his daughters, Shawna Rosvold (David) and Farrah Boudreau (Thomas) and his furry friends, Kasha and Lillie. No formal services will be held at his request. In lieu of flowers, donations to the local chapter of the S.P.C.A., would be appreciated. Many thanks to Dr. David Hawkins for his kind and compassionate care over the years and to the Interior Health Palliative Team which helped keep him at home, where he wished to be.
