While surrounded by the love of his friends and family, our beloved Hugh Lundy passed away peacefully on December 8, 2021, at his home, after a long battle with cancer. Born in Edmonton, AB on July 1, 1943, to the late Ian & Myrtle Lundy, Hugh was also predeceased by his first wife, Marie. Hugh leaves behind his wife of 22 years, Katherine Edzerza; his daughter Tara Lundy (Thomas Jackson) and grandsons Declan & Killian, all of Langley, BC; his son Troy Lundy of Edmonton, AB; his stepdaughter Leia Edzerza and step-grandson Cole, both of Kelowna, BC; as well his brother Desmond Lundy of Nova Scotia, and his nephew Kevin of Quebec. Hugh's work was one of his passions in life, and the family would like to thank the many loyal customers that he served through his business, Double G Automatic Transmission, over the years.
