December 24, 1958 - July 19, 2018
Born in Prince George, BC on Dec. 24, 1958, Jean left us suddenly but peacefully in Kelowna on July 19, 2018 at the ripe young age of 59.
Pre-deceased by his parents Alfred & Rollande, as well as his brother Edmond, Jean leaves behind his sister Doris, his brothers Pierre & Leo (Linda), his nieces Michelle & Alexandria, his wife Lori and his beloved pets Octavia, Obie & Nylee.
Jean was an Electrician & Gas-Fitter by trade but his passion was to drag race at Thunder Mountain. First, he raced his 1977 - 650 Kawasaki Chopper and then, for many years, in his dragster "The Bare Necessities/Chev-Harley" that never failed to put on a show! Recently, his passion involved building cool, electric bicycles that took him wherever he wanted to go.
A Celebration of Life is scheduled Friday, August 17/18 for 1 pm at Springfield Funeral Home. Please donate to the SPCA in lieu of flowers. "Go Hard Beauregard!" Jean, you can put it on cruise control now...
