We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Katherine (Kay) Stregger on September 28, 2018 at the age of 87 years. Katherine was predeceased by her parents, William Sr and Rosina, stepmother Sophie, step-brother William Wendland, brother George, his wife Elma and their daughter Elaine Chaisson, brother William A. and his wife Nora, and brother-in-law John Bader. Katherine is survived by her loving sisters Bertha Bader and Esther Schimpf (Edwin) and Edna, 11 nieces and nephews, several great nieces and nephews, great great nieces and nephews and one great great great nephew. Kay was a kind, loving sister and auntie who enjoyed being surrounded by family and friends.
In accordance with Kay's wishes, there will be no funeral.
Deep in our hearts she will always stay, Loved and remembered, everyday.
Special Thanks to Dr. Marie Verdurmen. Thanks also to the staff at The Village at Mill Creek for their compassionate care for Kay during her nearly 10 1/2 year residency.
