Marie Louise Hac passed away on May 10, 2020. Marie was a teacher of grades 2 and 3 at Peachland and Glenrosa elementary schools in Kelowna for many years. She had a teaching degree from Simon Fraser University and also taught in London, England.
Always a very social person Marie enjoyed singing, swimming, golfing, travelling, and the Salvation Army senior’s group. She enjoyed volunteering with the Salvation Army kettle campaign and at Cottonwoods & Three links homes after retiring.
Marie will be sadly missed by her son Ian Bedlington & his wife Kathi of St. Thomas, Ontario; her stepdaughter Kathleen Richardson of Knutsford, England; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Peter Hac in 2005.
