SJOQUIST, MOLLY ALBERTA

It is with sadness we announce the passing of

Molly Sjoquist on July 28th, 2013 in her 88th year.

Molly is survived by her daughters Jean, Louise and

Linda, and also several nieces, nephews in England.

Molly was born in Bristol, England, she married Norman

who was stationed with the Canadian Forces. IN 1946

she joined him in Kamloops, Molly was one of the first

woman in Canada to get her Real Estate Agent’s licenses. Molly volunteered for many years at the Kelowna Hospital, Hospice and the Cancer Clinic being affectionately known as the Candy Lady. Thank-you to Dr. Pavan and her

friends for being there for her. A gathering of close

friends and family will be held at a later date.
