Nicholas (Nick) McParland
April 22, 1972 - September 15, 2017.
It is with the deepest sorrow that we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of Nick at the young age of 45.
Nick leaves behind his four year old son, Michael, unborn son, Cooper, and his wife Brittany.
He is survived by his loving parents, Norman & Veronica, brother James (Kris) brother Phil (Carolina), in-laws Bud & Rita, nephews (Liam & Andrew), cousins, aunts, uncles and many friends.
Nick was a devoted family man and lived his days as a role model to all who knew him. Nick always welcomed new comers with warmth, open arms, and a sense of humour like no other.
Nicks favourite days were spent with his son, Michael, playing, laughing and teaching. His spirit will forever live on through Michael.
Nick, God has granted you with crown you have earned and the wings you have won. Forever watch over our boys, walk by their sides and protect their souls as you did here on earth.
We never said 'good-bye' but rather a 'see you soon' and you seeing you soon we shall.
A celebration of life for Nick will be held Friday, September 29th at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of First Memorial Funeral Services ,1211 Sutherland Ave, Kelowna.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to support Nick's sons, Michael & Cooper.
