"Tante" Priska De Senno Senoner (nee Drechsler)

October 27, 2016

“Tante” (aunt) Priska De Senno Senoner (nee Drechsler) died on October 27, 2016, in Kelowna, just shy of her 101st birthday.

Originally a citizen of Innsbruck, Austria, Tante Priska was always an avid and often winning, athlete in a variety of disciplines. She went downhill skiing for the last time at the age of 87, something that can be expected from the former ski instructor who taught the fine art of skiing to people from around the world.

Tante Priska was also an excellent cook and a very artistic person, mastering a number of crafts, which now reside in homes in Europe and B. C.

At her 100th birthday celebration, many of her remaining family members and friends joined her, and they are all invited to a celebration of Tante Priska’s life, to be held during summer of 2017.

Rejoicing that Tante Priska is now reunited with her beloved father Viktor, her brother Adolf, her husband Viktor and many relatives and friends, who passed on before her are: niece Sylvia (Karl) Loncaric; their son Alexander (Rebecca) Loncaric and their daughter Brenda (Michael) Khoo and their daughters Eliana & Alia; and Tante Priska is also survived by many relatives and friends in the Lower Mainland, on Vancouver Island, in Austria, Germany, Italy and Croatia, and her dear friend Fritzi, in North Vancouver.

In memory of Tante Priska, eat fresh food, exercise and don’t get angry.
