Letter: Little dog goes missing in West Kelowna

Sam is white with a red collar and a 2013 Lillooet dog licence tag.

To the editor:

I am writing to see if you can help us find a white male shitz tsu/terrier with food allergies.

His name is Sam and he and his senior owner are visiting from Lillooet.

Sam went missing from on Friday, May 31 about 5 p.m. from 3955 Angus Dr. in Westbank. That is on Gellatly Bay.

His owner is very upset as Sam is her companion.

We have put posters out all around the area and up in Westbank business areas.

We have contacted the SPCA, the police, dog control and are working on the vets in the area.

Sam has never been on his own and is a very friendly dog. He has a red collar on with one black tag that says “Sam” and on the back is our Westbank phone 250-768-2158.

He also has a 2013 Lillooet dog licence tag on.

We would greatly appreciate any help we could get in finding him. Thank you so much.

Marilyn Glick,

West Kelowna
