Letter: Vote your conscience

Unless voters take back their power, we will continue to suffer the costly and destructive fallout

Letter

To the editor:

If you think because you only have one vote you can’t make a difference, I say think again. It took only 21 per cent of eligible voters to grant this government 100 per cent of the power, which they so blatantly abuse.

Unless voters take back their power, we will continue to suffer the costly and destructive fallout of an appalling decision (Site C) made by incompetent, egotistical, self-serving politicians.

Let us not be bribed with our own tax dollars.

We the voters can affect a positive outcome to this election if we have the courage to use our own good judgment and simply follow our conscience.
