Thanks to those who help

My thanks and deep appreciation to the angels of mercy who stopped and gave assistance at the collision on Benvoulin Road Friday afternoon.

To the editor:

Just wanted to express my thanks and deep appreciation to the angels of mercy who stopped and gave assistance at the collision on Benvoulin Road Friday afternoon.

To the off-duty EMS person and RN who were so caring and concerned before the fire department and ambulance arrived, thank you. I’m sorry I can’t remember names but your kindness will not be forgotten.

Thank you to my co-workers at the City of Kelowna, the RCMP and Fire Department who attended to the scene and showed such compassion and professionalism.

To the person who caused this horrific collision that is affecting so many people, I don’t know what your motive was to drive so recklessly and with young passengers in the vehicle. Perhaps the RCMP will be able to figure that one out.

Thanks again to all who helped. My first visit to the new ER at KGH was memorable.
