Kelowna Rockets forward Andrew Cristall is a Washington Capital.
The 18-year old was taken by Washington in the second round (40th overall) at the 2023 NHL Draft in Nashville on Thursday morning.
In 115 career WHL games, all with the Rockets, Cristall has put up 164 points (67 goals, 97 assists).

Kelowna Rockets defenceman Caden Price has been selected in the third round (84th overall) by the Seattle Kraken.
The 17-year old has 61 points (seven goals, 54 assists) to his name in 112 WHL games.

With their fifth round pick in the NHL Draft, the Carolina Hurricanes took former West Kelowna Warrior, Charles Alexis-Legault (139th overall).
The 19-year old scored six goals and added 12 assists in 36 games for the Warriors during the 2021-22 BCHL season. That year, his game exploded in the playoffs, adding 11 points in 11 games (two goals, nine assists).
During the 2022-23 season, the defenceman scored two goals and added seven assists in 40 games for Quinniniac University.
