Contributed The U19A Heat are among three teams from the Kelowna Ringette Association competing this weekend at the B.C. Ringette provincial A championships in Surrey.

Three Kelowna Ringette Association teams are in Surrey this weekend for the B.C. Ringette provincial A championships.

The Kelowna Rage U14A, Kelowna U16A Elite and Kelowna Heat U19A will represent the Thompson Okanagan Ringette League at the provincial tournament which runs today through Sunday.

Also represented at the tournament are the champions of the Lower Mainland Ringette League and the North Ringette League.

The U16A Elite and U19A Heat also will both be competing to represent B.C. at the Western Canadian Ringette Championships in Winnipeg, March 22 to 25.

Next weekend, March 10 to 12, the Kelowna Adrenaline U16B team will compete at the B.C. ringette provincial B championships in Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam.
