Medals for Lightning in Salmon Arm

Liquid Lightning Swim Club athletes swam to 13 medals and multiple best times at the 1st Annual A Regional Championships in Salmon Arm.

Breagh Bridge swam to eight best times, while winning pair of silver medals in 100IM, 50 fly, and a bronze in 50 breast.

Victoria Koehle swam to a silver in 200 breast and a bronze in 200 back, along with five best times.

Jacklyn Pengilly posted seven best times and won a bronze in 50 breast.

Ashlinn Salverda swam to gold in the 50 breast, silver in both 100 breast and 100IM, a bronze in the 50 free and five best times.

Samantha Pringle won gold in both 100IM and 50 fly and bronze in the 100 free and 200IM. She also swam to six best times, dropping 14 seconds in her 200 free and 28 seconds in her 400 free.
