Third period goes Penticton way as Warriors drop close one in Penticton

The Penticton Vees scored a late power play goal to edge the Westside Warriors 5-4 in Penticton on Friday night.

The Warriors trailed 4-2 in the third period before staging a comeback including Brendan Ellis’ game tying goal.

The Vees however scored with under a minute to play to earn the win.

Westside closes out the BCHL regular season Saturday night at home against Vernon.
