Musaic to hold seasonal concerts in Penticton, Summerland

Musaic Vocal Ensemble will hold two seasonal concerts in early December.

The concerts will comprise of a collection of shorter choral pieces, sung by the Summerland choir. The works include What Sweeter Music by Rutter, O Magnum Mysterium by Lauridsen, Alleluia by Eric Whitacre, Christmas Eve, a carol composed by Musaic’s new choral director, Zach Goerlitz. There will also be some well—known carols for audience participation.

The concerts will be Saturday, Dec. 9 at 7 p.m. at Concordia Lutheran Church, 2800 South Main St., Penticton and Sunday, Dec. 10 at 2 p.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 15244 Victoria Rd. N., Summerland.

Tickets are $20 for adults and $5 for students and are available via etransfer to musaicensemble@gmail.com or at the door.
