BC Children’s Hospital lottery features grand prizes in Kelowna, Big White

The 2024 BC Children’s Hospital Foundation Choices Lottery officially launched on Jan. 19, and two of the grand prize homes are located in Kelowna and Big White.

Proceeds from Choices Lottery supports research initiatives and care at BC Children’s hospital in Vancouver.

The funding helps “to accelerate the path to innovative treatments, new medications, and cures for children,” said Malcolm Berry, president and CEO of BC Children’s Hospital Foundation.

The Kelowna grand prize home is located in the Upper Mission at 1131 Collinson Court.

The prize package is worth more than $2.6 million and includes a three bedroom home, $50,000 in furnishing, a 2024 Audi Q4 e-tro, a 2024 Crownline 200SS boat, a $8,000 MEC gift card, $20,000 in Travel Best Bets gift cards, gas and groceries for a year ($15,000 Save-On-Foods gift card, or $11,000 cash & 10,000 Esso gift card, or $7,500 cash) and $900,000 cash.

The second Okanagan grand prize option is located in Big White at 4 Creekside Way in the Glades Ski Villa. The prize package is worth over worth more than $2.5 million and includes the three bedrooms home, $50,000 in furnishings, a 2024 Cadillac Escalade $100,000, Travel Best Bets gift cards, a $12,000 MEC Gift Card, gas and groceries for a year ($15,000 Save-On-Foods gift card, or $11,000 cash & 10,000 Esso gift card, or $7,500 cash) and $1,100,000 cash.

Tickets for the lottery will be on sale until April 12, or until tickets sell out.
