The Bravery Foundation is looking for support for Canadian volunteer medics as the war in the country moves into a third year.

Its goal is to provide emergency aid and medical supplies to those in greatest need.

The Bravery Foundation utilizes the skills and experience of highly trained volunteers from Canada to bring rapid-response humanitarian aid to victims of war in Ukraine.

In early 2022, the Foundation set up a network of Canadian, American, and British-trained medics and Ukrainian nationals.

In the past two years, an ambulance and more than one ton of medical supplies and other humanitarian aid have been shipped to Ukraine thanks to the generosity of Okanagan donors.

There is still a call for urgently needed medical supplies.

Donations can be made on the Bravery Foundation website, and tax receipts will be issued for amounts of $10 or more.
