A snowfall warning has been issued for the North and Central Okanagan, the Shuswap and North Thompson.
Environment Canada issued the weather alert Saturday morning, calling for 10 to 15 centimetres of snow Saturday night and into Sunday afternoon.
The weather agency says snow will begin around midnight and then continue into early Sunday afternoon, with the heaviest snow expected early Sunday morning.
Environment Canada advises motorists to adjust their driving according to changing road conditions, and to turn on lights and maintain a safe following distance if visibility is reduced.
