Kelowna Fan Xpo ready to go

The third annual Kelowna Fan Xpo will be held tonight and tomorrow

It’s a boat, it’s a plane, it’s a giant robot and a cat creature?

The third annual Kelowna Fan Xpo will be making its way downtown Friday night and on Saturday events showcasing artists of all types will be held.

Participants are eligible to partake in the cosplay contest if their costume is 80 per cent created.

Everyone is invited to experience the displays as well as the gamers experience to sample the late tech innovations.

A kids spaceport will also be open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. for children to get an out-of-this-world look at the planets.

The expo runs Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. and Saturday at the Kelowna Community Theatre from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tickets can be purchased at the door or by calling 250-762-5050.
