UPDATE:

Capital News has learned that a person is experiencing a medical emergency and there is no threat to the public.

An incident is currently unfolding in the parking lot of Plaza 33 in Kelowna’s Rutland neighbourhood.

Approximately three police vehicles, an ambulance and a fire truck have responded to the plaza, which is located on the 300 Block of Highway 33.
