Traffic delays on Hwy 97

An accident between Vernon and Lake Country has caused delays

An accident on Hwy 97 caused massive traffic delays this morning between Lake Country and Vernon.

According to witness reports, an accident between a truck and motorcycle caused northbound traffic to halt for two hours.

The accident happened around 8 a.m. Traffic is now open in a single lane.

Emergency crews were on scene.
