Passed away suddenly in Calgary, AB on February 19, 2017 at the age of 50. Survived by his family; mother Elaine Berladyn; sister Corrine (Jamie Dodd) Maciuba; grandmother Victoria Perzan; as well as uncles, aunts, cousins and many friends throughout western Canada.
A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 6, 2017 at 10:00 am at Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna, BC.
