It is with heavy hearts the Straga family announce the passing of Heather Ann Straga on January 11, 2019 at the age of 62 years in Calgary, Alberta.
Heather is survived by her three sons Jason, Patrick (Melaina), and Frankie; three siblings Tony (Bridgette), Tim, Becky (Gene); two granddaughters, and numerous nephews and niece. Heather was predeceased by her beloved mother Doreen Straga.
Heather also left behind her dearly loved feline companion "Little One". Heather was affectionately nicknamed "The crazy cat lady" for she had pet cats most of her adult life. As such, lint brush companies will see a dramatic decrease in sales this quarter due to Heathers' passing.
We would like to extend our deepest thanks and gratitude to the Hospice staff at Carewest Sarcee for the comfort and care Heather received in her final days.
As per her wishes, there will be no funeral service held. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. If so desired, donations in her name can be made to The Calgary Humane Society https://www.calgaryhumane.ca/donate/.
