Spark Golf is teeing off at nine public courses around Kelowna and Kamloops.

Dubbed as “the social golf revolution” it boasts a membership of more than 200,000, spanning over 2,000 courses throughout Canada and the U.S.

The premise is simple. To foster camaraderie and fun through modified nine-hole leagues where relaxed rules welcome golfers of all skill levels.

The Spark mobile app allows participants to join leagues and register for rounds that suit their schedules. It’s free to join and there are no upfront costs for league memberships.

Players only pay when they register for rounds played after work on weekday evenings.

League rounds are available for purchase each week or golfers can save money by prepaying for Spark credit at a discount.

There is no minimum round commitment.

Leagues in Okanagan are available at Orchard Greens in Kelowna, Spallumcheen Golf Course in the North Okanagan, and NMip Canyon Desert in Oliver.

For more information, and to download the app, visit the Spark Golf website.
